Get your files from Link Market Services

From linkmarketservices.com.au — three file types are accepted, format is auto-detected on upload:

  • Cash dividends — Payments & Tax → Payment History → select holding and date range → Excel. Shows dividend payment amounts.
  • DRP unit quantities — Holdings → Transaction History → select holding and date range → Excel. Shows exact DRP unit counts.
  • Franking credit (optional) — Payments & Tax → Tax History → select holding and date range → Excel. Upload alongside Payment History to auto-fill franking.

Tax History alongside Payment/Transaction History pre-fills franking; either works alone, just without franking data.

Upload to FolioTrack

Go to the holding’s page in FolioTrack and use the registry import section to upload your file(s) — one at a time or together.

FolioTrack is not affiliated with Link Market Services, MUFG, or Automic. Import your CSV file directly — never share your registry login credentials. Holding number identifiers are dropped during parsing and never stored.

How it works

  • PII columns (HINs, names, account numbers) are dropped during parsing, before anything is saved.
  • You review every transaction before anything is imported.
  • Existing holdings are not overwritten — only new ones are created.
  • Smart deduplication active — already-recorded transactions are skipped automatically.
  • Always keep your original CSV as a backup.
