Privacy policy

We collect your email address when you sign in via Google, Apple, or email. We store the portfolio data you provide — holdings, transactions, and notes — to operate the service.

We use Stripe to process payments securely. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles that directly. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription ID so we can manage your subscription status. We do not track your behaviour across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your portfolio and financial data is used solely to operate FolioTrack — to display your portfolio, calculate performance, and maintain your transaction history. We do not analyse, sell, share, or monetise your portfolio or financial data in any way.

All data is stored in Australia (Sydney, ap-southeast-2). It never leaves unless you choose to connect a third-party AI assistant (like Claude) — see our Connect Claude page for what’s shared in that case. Authentication is handled via Google, Apple, or email sign-in.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.

We use session cookies only — required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights run on our site to help us understand usage (page views, device/browser type) — these are cookieless and do not track you across other websites.
