Terms of service

FolioTrack is a portfolio tracking tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, tax advice, investment recommendations, or any form of financial product advice as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

You should consider your own objectives, financial situation, and needs before making any financial decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You own all data you enter into FolioTrack. We do not claim any rights over your portfolio data. You can delete your account and data at any time. CSV and PDF export of your transaction history is available on the Pro plan.

FolioTrack offers a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro is currently offered at founding member pricing of $15/month or $150/year, billed in advance via Stripe. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Starter plan. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Prices are updated once daily, end-of-day, on all plans. They may not reflect real-time market values. Do not rely on FolioTrack prices for trading decisions.

FolioTrack is for personal portfolio tracking only. You must not use the service to track portfolios you do not own or manage, or for any unlawful purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FolioTrack.

We may suspend or terminate your access to FolioTrack if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful conduct. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice before doing so. You may stop using FolioTrack and delete your account at any time.

Pro plans may connect FolioTrack to third-party AI assistants (such as Claude) via MCP. See our Privacy Policy and Connect Claude page for what data is shared when you choose to connect an assistant. You are responsible for how you use any connected assistant.

FolioTrack is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including data loss, calculation errors, or reliance on displayed information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FolioTrack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
