Read-only, always
We never ask for your broker or registry login. You upload a file you exported yourself — that’s the only way data gets in.
No personal identifiers
HINs, account numbers, names and addresses are stripped out during parsing — before anything touches our database.
Hosted in Australia
Your data lives on Australian infrastructure and never leaves unless you choose to connect a third-party AI assistant (like Claude) — see our Connect Claude page for details.
Never sold or shared
No ads, no data brokers, no third-party analytics selling your holdings. Your portfolio belongs strictly to you.

What FolioTrack stores
- •Ticker, quantity, buy price and date for each holding
- •Buy/sell/dividend transaction records you’ve confirmed
- •Franking credit amounts, recorded per payment
- •Your portfolio name and cash balance
What we never store
- •HIN or SRN numbers
- •Your name or postal address
- •Broker or registry account numbers
- •Broker login credentials of any kind

Every action is logged
Imports, edits and deletions are recorded in an audit trail, so there’s always a record of what changed in your portfolio and when.
