Export your trade history from Sharesight and import it into FolioTrack.

Export from Sharesight

In Sharesight go to Reports → All Trades Report and click Export to Excel (.xlsx). Set the date range to your full history — from your first trade to today.

Upload to FolioTrack

Go to Import from your dashboard, choose “Sharesight” from the broker dropdown, then drag and drop your CSV (or click to browse). Review the parsed transactions on the next screen — deselect any rows you don’t want — then confirm to import.

How it works

  • PII columns (HINs, names, account numbers) are dropped during parsing, before anything is saved.
  • You review every transaction before anything is imported.
  • Existing holdings are not overwritten — only new ones are created.
  • Smart deduplication active — already-recorded transactions are skipped automatically.
  • Always keep your original CSV as a backup.
